In this leadership position, you will own the end to end strategy of our global sales compensation programs. You will blend analytical rigor with creative problem solving to ensure our compensation models attract top talent and drive exceptional business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Design, model, and implement global sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures that align with corporate revenue goals.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and HR leadership to evaluate plan effectiveness and make data driven adjustments.
Lead complex compensation projects and act as the subject matter expert for executive stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and benchmark data to keep Cloudflare competitive on a global scale.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and leverage modern tools to build scalable, automated solutions.
