Right now, we need a Senior Platform Security Engineer to help us keep patient and doctor data safe as we continue to scale.

Role Overview

As our new Senior Platform Security Engineer, you will take ownership of safeguarding our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This is a 100% remote position where you can work from anywhere within Spain, giving you the freedom to build your ideal workday while collaborating with talented peers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement security guardrails across our cloud environments and developer tooling.
Partner closely with engineering teams to embed security best practices early in the development lifecycle.
Lead threat modeling exercises and conduct architectural reviews for new platform initiatives.
Automate security testing, vulnerability management, and incident response workflows.
Mentor junior engineers and champion a strong security culture throughout the entire tech organization.

Requirements

Strong background in securing cloud native infrastructures, preferably within AWS or similar environments.
Solid experience with container security, Kubernetes, and continuous integration pipelines.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go for automation tasks.
A proactive mindset with a deep curiosity for discovering potential attack vectors before bad actors do.
Clear communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
