Overview

We are searching for a Senior Platform Security Engineer to join our growing tech organization. In this role, you will help secure the backbone of our platforms, protecting sensitive healthcare data and ensuring our cloud environments remain resilient against evolving threats. You will work closely with developers, system architects, and operations teams to embed security into every layer of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust security controls across cloud platforms and distributed systems.
Partner with engineering squads to integrate security best practices directly into the software development lifecycle.
Proactively identify vulnerabilities through threat modeling, code reviews, and comprehensive security assessments.
Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analyses, and drive preventive remediation efforts.
Build automation tools that empower developers to write secure code and provision safe infrastructure easily.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in cloud security, platform engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and container orchestration technologies.
Proven track record of securing microservices architectures and distributed environments.
Strong fluency in at least one programming language used for automation and scripting.
