If you want to help create the preferred means of delivery for the planet, we want to talk to you. We are seeking a Senior Permitting Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity based out of the Central or Western US, where you will spearhead our site permitting strategy and help scale our physical footprint to new heights.

Overview

In this dynamic role, you will take the lead on developing and executing our nationwide site permitting program. You get to balance hands-on tactical delivery with forward-thinking strategy as we expand our operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will navigate complex local regulations and secure the approvals needed to launch new delivery hubs. Your ability to build strong relationships with municipal stakeholders will directly drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of site permitting programs for our growing network.
Navigate local zoning laws, land use regulations, and municipal approval processes with confidence and speed.
Partner closely with legal, real estate, and engineering teams to align site acquisition with permit timelines.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with local officials, community leaders, and regulatory agencies.
Anticipate regulatory hurdles and proactively create solutions to keep deployment schedules on track.

Requirements

Extensive experience in commercial real estate permitting, municipal zoning, or land use development.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and securing complex permits across multiple jurisdictions.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for translating technical requirements for diverse audiences.
A self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote work environment.
