This Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist role places you directly within our Global Payroll team, a critical engine ensuring our clients' employees in the Netherlands and Belgium receive their pay flawlessly. You'll be instrumental in onboarding new clients, setting up intricate payroll processes, and upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance, all while contributing to a truly groundbreaking HR platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end payroll implementations for new clients specifically within the Netherlands and Belgium, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
Partner closely with clients and internal teams to gather necessary data, configure systems, and ensure a smooth transition to our global payroll platform.
Deep dive into Dutch and Belgian payroll legislation and tax regulations, ensuring every implementation is 100% compliant.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on payroll best practices for NL and BE regions.
Document processes thoroughly and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation related issues, maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams, offering insights that enhance our platform’s capabilities for these specific markets.

Requirements

Significant proven experience in payroll implementation projects, with a strong focus on the Netherlands and Belgium.
An in-depth understanding of Dutch and Belgian payroll legislation, social security, and tax compliance requirements.
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple implementations concurrently and delivering on time.
A track record of successfully working with various payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with diverse clients and internal teams.
A proactive, problem solving mindset, ready to tackle challenges and find effective solutions.
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Dutch or French would be a distinct advantage.
