Overview

As our Senior Partnerships Manager, you will act as Bjak's primary on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution in Italy. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you work with top tier talent spanning over twenty nationalities. You will take ownership of identifying, securing, and scaling strategic alliances that expand our footprint and bring smarter financial choices to everyday users.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and close high value strategic partnerships with key insurance players and distributors across the Italian market.
Lead end to end partnership lifecycles from initial outreach and pitch negotiations to contract signing and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of distribution channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts in the Italian insurance landscape to spot new growth opportunities.
