We are searching for a highly driven and experienced OTC Sales Trader to join our vibrant OTC Trading team. This critical role involves expertly managing and executing significant cryptocurrency trades for our institutional and high-net-worth clients. You will provide exceptional client service and actively drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Execute large-scale OTC cryptocurrency trades on behalf of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and key partners. Focus on accuracy, speed, and strict compliance with market regulations and internal policies.
Cultivate and strengthen enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Provide bespoke solutions and deep market insights to meet their unique trading needs.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand Binance's OTC client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Monitor market trends, analyze liquidity, and provide valuable feedback to our internal product and trading teams.
Collaborate closely with risk management, compliance, and legal departments to ensure smooth, secure, and regulated trading operations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading workflows, technology, and client service standards.
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through complex market dynamics and product offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience, at least 5 years, in an OTC trading, institutional sales, or similar client-facing role within the financial markets. Experience in cryptocurrency or digital assets is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute large-volume trades with precision and efficiency.
An existing network of institutional clients or high-net-worth individuals within the financial or crypto space is a plus.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies in volatile environments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You can build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for market opportunities and client needs.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage given our global client base.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
