Key Responsibilities

Drive our continuous improvement vision forward by actively participating in operational excellence activities across the entire business.
Lead thorough evaluations of current business processes and workflows to spot fresh opportunities for smart automation and quality upgrades.
Team up with key stakeholders to use root cause problem solving methods that tackle roadblocks head-on.
Develop and implement practical change management plans, standard operating procedures, and functional operational blueprints.
Support various departmental priorities including creating training content and rolling out new strategic frameworks with very little oversight needed.

Requirements

Proven track record of managing operations, process improvement, or change management initiatives within a professional environment.
Strong background in working alongside cross-functional stakeholders and guiding them through operational transitions.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with a sharp eye for detail and process efficiency.
Ability to work independently as a remote team member while communicating effectively across global time zones.
