Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and lead end to end operational strategies encompassing supplier relations, freight management, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
Meticulously track every shipment, ensuring accountability from all freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Manage purchase orders with a keen understanding of their financial implications, optimizing for cost efficiency and inventory health.
Continuously elevate the operational execution bar for the team through hands on leadership, mentorship, and system wide improvements.
Design, build, and deploy AI powered systems, automations, and workflows to enhance operational visibility, data accuracy, and strategic decision making.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes.
Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration of operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Senior Operations Management role, ideally within a fast paced eCommerce environment.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex supply chains, including supplier relationships, freight logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.
A deep understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) space is highly advantageous.
