Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models tailored for healthcare and real time medical reasoning.
- Collaborate closely with clinical researchers to ensure our AI systems maintain the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
- Scale our applied AI platform to support continuous, round the clock care programs for over a million members.
- Optimize model performance and reliability across multiple digital health domains including musculoskeletal and mental health.
- Drive end to end machine learning pipelines from initial research prototypes to production grade applications.
Requirements
- Strong professional background in machine learning engineering with a proven track record of deploying complex models to production.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of scalable cloud infrastructure and data processing pipelines.
- Passion for healthcare technology and a strong desire to build ethical, patient centric AI solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment based in Europe.
