Overview

Partner One Capital is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Middleware Administrator. This is a fully remote, global opportunity where you will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the third party applications that underpin our diverse product suite at Mortgage Cadence. You will support crucial systems and ensure operational excellence for our software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage and administer a range of critical third party applications used across our products, including Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, and Azure Service Bus.
Execute advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, often by meticulously parsing log files for insights.
Apply necessary patches and updates to third party products, ensuring security and optimal performance.
Perform essential server administration tasks, contributing to the overall health and stability of our environments.
Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and provide expert support for middleware-related challenges.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve system efficiency and reliability through automation and best practices.

Requirements

You bring over 7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing third party products.
Demonstrated strong capabilities in troubleshooting, with a proven track record of resolving intricate technical problems.
Excellent English fluency, both written and verbal, for clear communication with global teams.
Extensive experience with Redis administration.
Proficiency in RabbitMQ administration.
Solid background in Citrix XenApp administration.
Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat administration.
Competence in Windows Server administration.
Experience with Linux Server administration.
Skills in Azure Service Bus administration.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Citrix PVS patching procedures.
Ability to write efficient PowerShell scripts.
Experience with WordPress Administration or managing LAMP stacks.
Knowledge of IIS administration.
Experience with Elastic Stack administration and report writing.
Background in JScape or other SFTP solutions.
