At Vitrolife Group, we strive every single day to unlock the full potential of science and technology so that we can reduce barriers on the journey to parenthood. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for IVF Technologies who wants to make a profound difference. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to bring your best work from wherever you call home. In this role, you will take ownership of the strategy, development, and complete lifecycle management of advanced capital equipment platforms used in embryology and andrology laboratories. If you understand the nuances of IVF lab workflows, device engineering, and how to translate technical features into deeply meaningful human outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
You will shape the future of our product lines through a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your daily focus areas will include:
- Developing and driving comprehensive marketing strategies for capital equipment platforms including incubators, electronic witnessing systems, and integrated automation solutions.
- Conducting deep market analysis to spot emerging trends, competitor movements, and new growth opportunities across global fertility markets.
- Translating complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions that highlight workflow efficiency, consistency, reliability, and superior clinical outcomes.
- Guiding the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and launch to end-of-life management, keeping close alignment with regulatory and engineering teams.
- Partnering closely with regional sales teams, clinical specialists, and global stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts and sustained adoption.
Requirements
Success in this position calls for a unique mix of technical fluency and marketing prowess. You should bring:
- Extensive experience in product marketing, brand management, or portfolio strategy, ideally within medical devices, life sciences, or specialized laboratory equipment.
- A solid grasp of IVF laboratory workflows, environmental control requirements, and the total cost of ownership for capital medical equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to take complex scientific or technical concepts and craft them into compelling, easy-to-understand customer stories.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing global projects remotely and working effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions while keeping stakeholders aligned.
What You'll Gain
Joining Vitrolife Group means becoming part of a compassionate and forward-thinking community. You will enjoy a flexible remote work environment that respects work-life balance while offering you the autonomy to truly own your portfolio. Most importantly, you will know that the work you do directly supports clinics, embryologists, and patients in fulfilling the universal dream of having a baby.
