Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email, social media, and website content.
Develop compelling visual assets that clearly communicate our brand story and value proposition to a diverse global audience.
Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials, maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and other design team members to transform strategic briefs into innovative visual solutions.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Champion user-centric design principles, always striving to create engaging and intuitive experiences for our members.
Stay ahead of design trends and digital best practices, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to our marketing efforts.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record, a strategic mind, and a heart for design.

Extensive experience as a marketing designer, ideally within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of brand identity, and successful marketing campaign contributions.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including UX/UI best practices for web and mobile.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
A proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently in a remote setting and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex marketing strategies into impactful and aesthetically pleasing visual designs.
