Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team of technical account managers.
Oversee complex enterprise onboarding processes and technical integrations.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues, guiding resolution strategies with engineering and product teams.
Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders at major retail partner organizations.
Drive adoption of new platform features and optimize existing workflows to maximize partner success.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing technical account management or customer success teams in a software or technology environment.
Proven track record of working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex technical relationships.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand APIs, software integrations, and data flows.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and developing people.
