Key Responsibilities

Own the integrated marketing calendar along with campaign intake, prioritization, resource coordination, dependency management, and launch readiness processes.
Oversee email and campaign operations, handling audience segmentation, campaign builds, forms, landing pages, testing, deployment, tracking, and rigorous quality assurance.
Drive operational planning and execution for events and webinars.
Manage marketing technology stacks, budgets, and spend tracking.
Partner closely with demand generation, product marketing, growth marketing, communications, finance, revenue operations, sales, and marketing engineering teams.

Requirements

Extensive background in marketing operations, systems management, and cross-functional leadership within high-growth environments.
Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM integration, and campaign analytics.
Proven ability to turn complex workflows into streamlined, reliable processes that teams actually enjoy following.
