Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Senior Director of Partner Strategy to define and execute growth initiatives for our largest pros.
Dive deep into performance data to uncover hidden bottlenecks and surface high-value opportunities for improvement.
Build compelling business cases that secure stakeholder buy-in and guide resource allocation.
Drive meaningful operational change by leading large, cross-functional projects across various departments.
Structure scalable solutions and develop strategic frameworks to support our expanding network of home service professionals.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or a closely related analytical field.
