Rolling out access security across large enterprises is no small feat, which is why our onboarding experience needs to be smooth, human, and reliable. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Implementation and Onboarding to lead the talented folks who guide our enterprise clients through initial setup and deployment. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that gives you the freedom to build impactful onboarding strategies from wherever you live.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership position, you will drive the strategy and day to day execution for client onboarding across our global customer base. The work includes the following focus areas

Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of onboarding and implementation specialists across multiple regions.
Refine onboarding workflows to shorten time to value for enterprise customers adopting unified access management.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to eliminate friction points during customer deployments.
Establish clear performance metrics and quality benchmarks for implementation project timelines and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical deployments and enterprise architecture discussions.
Identify recurring client roadblocks and advocate for product improvements with our engineering groups.

Requirements

We are searching for a proven leader who understands enterprise software rollouts and genuinely cares about team mentorship. You will likely thrive in this position if you bring the following background

Extensive background leading customer onboarding, professional services, or implementation teams within high growth B2B SaaS environments.
Demonstrated success managing people in distributed, remote-first organizations across varied time zones.
Solid grasp of enterprise identity, security architecture, directory integrations, and access management tools.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to streamline operational workflows.
Clear, empathetic communication skills that build confidence with both technical buyers and executive sponsors.
Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and creating order within fast-moving scaling environments.
