Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Capabilities to take charge of the tools and platforms powering our entire US Commercial organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Planning and PMO, this role puts you in the driver seat of CRM administration and technology roadmaps. Best of all? This is a fully remote position that you can perform from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and continuously optimize the core technology platforms supporting our US Commercial teams.
Own the long term roadmap for commercial technology improvements, ensuring our systems scale seamlessly with business goals.
Partner closely with Commercial leadership, IT departments, and external technology vendors to execute strategic projects.
Drive user adoption and provide expert guidance on CRM administration and best practices.
Translate complex business needs into efficient technical solutions that empower our field teams.

Requirements

Proven experience managing commercial technologies, CRM platforms, and enterprise software systems.
Strong background in stakeholder management, bridging the gap between business leaders, IT partners, and external vendors.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering technical roadmaps on time.
A proactive mindset, excellent problem solving abilities, and comfort operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
