Overview

This is a full-time, hourly remote position designed for someone who loves detail, accuracy, and providing stellar support. Your main work shift will run from 9 AM to 6 PM EST with occasional weekend requirements. Please note that your initial training period will span roughly six weeks and take place during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM PST or 11 AM to 8 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and processing loan applications with speed and absolute precision.
Communicating directly with borrowers to collect missing documentation and answer questions.
Ensuring all loan files strictly comply with internal policies and lending regulations.
Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and speed up funding.
Maintaining accurate records within our proprietary lending platforms.

Requirements

Solid experience working in loan processing, fulfillment, or a closely related financial operations role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that put stressed borrowers at ease.
An eagle eye for detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
