As a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of the next generation of engineers. Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive lectures and practical laboratory sessions in line with current curriculum standards.
Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, thesis work, and field presentations.
Conducting innovative research in specialized areas of electrical and electronics engineering and publishing findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
Participating in curriculum development, review, and accreditation processes in accordance with NUC and professional bodies' standards.
Mentoring students academically and professionally, guiding them toward successful career paths.
Engaging in departmental meetings, university committees, and community outreach initiatives.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this prestigious academic position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must possess the qualifications prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional regulatory bodies for the engineering discipline.
Possess a relevant postgraduate qualification (Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related field is highly preferred).
Must be duly registered and licensed by the appropriate professional regulatory body (e.g., Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria - COREN).
Show clear evidence of significant teaching, research, or laboratory experience at the university level.
Have a demonstrable track record of academic publications in recognized national and international journals.
