Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines across various projects.
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Spearhead efforts to improve system reliability, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of shared ownership and efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth and skill development of the team.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to enhance our DevOps capabilities and solve complex challenges.
Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations in all deployments.

Requirements

Extensive experience in a Senior or Lead DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
Proven expertise with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including hands-on experience with their services.
Deep understanding and practical application of Infrastructure as Code principles, using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and management using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
Advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
Solid experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and strong communication skills.
