We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to steer our global Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience program across both APAC and European regions. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to drive high-impact technical initiatives from anywhere on the map.

You will take the reins on establishing regional disaster recovery capabilities from the ground up. That means standing up co-location facilities, orchestrating complex failover exercises, and introducing smart automation that cuts downtime down to minutes. Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will span multiple technical domains and international teams. Major priorities include

Leading end-to-end delivery of comprehensive disaster recovery and cyber resilience initiatives across international sites.
Overseeing the technical setup of a dedicated co-location disaster recovery facility, encompassing network connectivity, modern storage, Nutanix, VMware, and firewall integration.
Coordinating application onboarding and operational readiness, making sure critical pharmaceutical systems recover within tight target windows.
Planning and orchestrating tabletop reviews, simulation drills, and live site failover tests with minimal business friction.
Driving the rollout of Ansible-driven recovery automation, converting static documentation into reliable, executable runbooks.
Partnering closely with infrastructure engineers, security specialists, application owners, and executive stakeholders to keep recovery objectives aligned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a thoughtful blend of technical literacy and seasoned project leadership. We are looking for candidates who possess

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise disaster recovery, business continuity, or cyber resilience projects.
A solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including VMware, Nutanix, enterprise storage arrays, and network security perimeters.
Direct familiarity with automation tools like Ansible for infrastructure deployment and runbook execution.
Prior experience operating in heavily regulated spaces such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare.
Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of bridging technical details with high-level business risk.
The autonomy to manage project deliverables across multiple time zones in APAC and Europe.
Recognized project management credentials, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent practical background.
