In this role, you will help scale our foundational IT operations across a distributed, worldwide organization. Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the IT operations team, your core duties focus on keeping our distributed technology infrastructure smooth, secure, and ready to scale.

Architect, automate, and optimize our global enterprise IT services, cloud systems, and internal corporate tools.
Administer identity and access management platforms, centralizing authentication and making onboarding or offboarding seamless.
Partner closely with security and compliance teams to enforce zero-trust architectures and prepare for industry audits like SOC 2 and ISO.
Act as an escalation tier for complex systems issues, troubleshooting network, software, and hardware challenges across multiple time zones.
Build reliable automation scripts to eliminate repetitive administrative work and cut down provisioning times.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain business-critical SaaS solutions across departments.

Requirements

We are seeking someone with deep hands-on expertise who can jump right in and drive operational maturity across the board.

Strong track record as an IT Operations Engineer or Systems Administrator supporting cloud-first, high-growth tech companies.
In-depth experience administering identity platforms such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, or Google Workspace.
Working familiarity with public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP alongside strong networking fundamentals covering VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to drive automation and simplify system administration.
Solid understanding of contemporary endpoint management systems like Jamf and Intune across macOS and Windows environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical fixes clearly to non-technical teammates across the globe.
