In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind integrating newly acquired entities, with a particular focus on ERP systems, Accounting and Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary integration partner for M&A activities, specifically concentrating on ERP systems, Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury.
Lead the planning and execution of acquisition integrations and various strategic initiatives across ReSource Pro.
Collaborate extensively with functional leadership and a wide array of cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate all integration activities.
Actively manage project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and implement adaptive solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide regular, clear updates on integration progress, presenting findings and recommending adjustments to leadership and relevant teams.
Ensure all integration plans are meticulously executed and align directly with ReSource Pro's overarching strategic goals and financial targets.
Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, best practices, and playbooks for future acquisitions.

Requirements

Proven senior-level experience in M&A integration management, with a strong emphasis on integrating ERP systems.
Deep expertise in Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions within a corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, often with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to track numerous milestones simultaneously.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, ready to pivot strategies as business needs or integration challenges evolve.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to functional teams.
