Our unique SaaS platform, combined with an exclusive community of over 500 closely vetted and highly skilled testers in the Cobalt Core (accepting just 5% of applicants), enables customers to start a pentest in as little as 24 hours. The Cobalt Core collectively conducts thousands of tests annually, leading the charge in identifying and helping to remediate risk across an ever-evolving attack surface.

As our Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales, marketing, and customer success technology stack. You will optimize our GTM systems, integrate advanced AI capabilities, and ensure our data infrastructure supports strategic decision-making. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As our Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping our operational excellence. You will drive initiatives across several critical areas:

Optimizing GTM Platforms ensuring seamless integration and peak performance of our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and other GTM tools.
Leveraging AI for Predictive Insights to design, implement, and manage AI/ML models that enhance sales forecasting, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and overall GTM strategy.
Data Integrity and Governance maintaining high standards for data quality, developing robust data models, and implementing best practices for data management across all systems.
Process Automation and Efficiency identifying opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve the efficiency of our GTM teams through system enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics building comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into GTM performance, funnel metrics, and the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration working closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure system adoption.
Staying Ahead of the Curve continuously researching and evaluating new GTM technologies and AI advancements to keep Cobalt at the forefront of operational innovation.
Documentation and Training creating clear documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices, as well as delivering training to end-users.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation:

Extensive GTM Systems Experience a minimum of 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, operations, or architecture, preferably within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
CRM Mastery demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and other key GTM platforms such as marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and business intelligence platforms.
AI/ML Acumen proven experience or strong foundational knowledge in designing, implementing, or working with AI/ML solutions for business applications, particularly in sales, marketing, or customer success contexts.
Data Proficiency strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, troubleshoot system issues, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Project Management Capabilities experience leading system implementation projects, managing stakeholders, and driving initiatives to successful completion.
Communication and Collaboration excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic Thinker an ability to connect technical solutions to broader business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
