We are searching for a Senior Fundraising Advisor to the CEO who wants to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. This is not a backseat advisory role where you simply share thoughts on a slide deck. You will be in the trenches running a rigorous, efficient process that moves investors from initial curiosity to firm conviction over a focused six month sprint. Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a high-speed, six month fundraising strategy tailored for maximum momentum.
Refine our core narrative, positioning, and pitch materials to ensure every investor interaction hits the mark.
Organize and oversee a meticulous data room and streamline the entire due diligence pipeline.
Curate a high-value target list spanning angel investors, venture funds, strategic partners, and industry operators.
Leverage your existing network to generate warm introductions and unlock fresh pathways to capital.
Coach and prepare the CEO for pitch meetings, Q and A sessions, and term sheet negotiations.
