Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance full stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring software quality and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices with your team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping shape the future of our platform.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

Senior level experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong command of Ruby on Rails.
Proven expertise in both front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks) and back-end development.
A deep understanding of database technologies, especially PostgreSQL.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
Solid grasp of software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
You must have the legal right to work in Bulgaria as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
