Overview

This is a fully remote position open to talented engineers located in Mexico and worldwide. As a Senior Full-stack Engineer working with Elixir and React, you will help design and scale modern software solutions that reduce staff burnout and elevate patient outcomes. You will tackle meaningful technical challenges alongside domain experts who know their stuff and appreciate clean, thoughtful engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features using Elixir and React.
Take end-to-end ownership of major projects, complex features, and tricky bugs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that keeps veterinary practices running efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and share your knowledge to help elevate the entire team.

Requirements

Strong professional experience building robust web applications with Elixir and React.
Proven background working in a senior capacity on cross-functional software teams.
Solid understanding of modern software architecture, database design, and API development.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
