Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Architect and implement both front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks and back-end services, APIs, and databases.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.
Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Seven or more years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar senior engineering role.
Demonstrated expertise in modern front-end frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong proficiency in back-end development with languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases, for example PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including deployment and management.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration in a remote, global team.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
