The Cresta AI Receptionist specifically redefines customer engagement by delivering natural, intelligent, and exceptionally reliable AI-powered voice experiences. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for you to contribute to a product that’s making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces for the Cresta AI Receptionist product.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Lead the implementation of new features, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and optimal cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize existing frontend codebase for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
Champion frontend best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and evolution of our frontend architecture.

Requirements

Significant professional experience as a Frontend Software Engineer, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, with a deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
Proven track record of building complex, interactive, and data-intensive web applications.
Experience with performance optimization techniques for large-scale web applications.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for frontend development.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a distributed team environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, WebRTC) or voice user interfaces is a significant plus.
