Our team sits at roughly 120 people operating entirely remotely, united by a mission to ensure no small business fails because they cannot figure out sales.

Our website is where visitors discover who we are and what we offer, making it a critical touchpoint on their journey toward becoming happy customers. We are deeply committed to making this experience best-in-class. Having recently moved our site from Webflow into our own custom codebase utilizing Astro, Sanity, and Vercel, we have a fresh and exceptionally fast foundation firmly in place. Building this in-house gives us the creative freedom and speed we need to push boundaries. Please note this position is 100 percent remote within the USA only.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the Close.com codebase, continuously improving performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to bring high-impact landing pages and product features to life.
Maintain and optimize our modern tech stack built on Astro, Sanity, and Vercel.
Write clean, maintainable, and robust code that scales seamlessly alongside our growing business needs.
Implement SEO best practices and ensure rapid page load times across all devices.

Requirements

Strong professional experience building modern, high-traffic marketing websites and web applications.
Deep fluency in frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
Hands-on familiarity with modern frameworks and tools, particularly Astro, headless CMS platforms like Sanity, and deployment workflows on Vercel.
A sharp eye for design detail and a genuine passion for translating high-end Figma mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
Strong communication skills and a self-driven work ethic that thrives in a fully distributed environment.
