As a Senior Fraud Risk Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving this delicate balance. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, allowing you to contribute to our mission from wherever you are. We offer a competitive salary range of £108,700 - £140,000, plus equity and performance-based incentive awards, alongside excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Drive Fraud Risk Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine advanced fraud prevention and detection strategies across all Monzo products and services.
Lead Complex Investigations: Oversee and support the handling of sophisticated fraud cases, ensuring robust analysis and effective resolution.
Champion Innovation: Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and data sources to enhance our fraud capabilities and stay ahead of emerging threats.
Influence Policy and Controls: Design and implement comprehensive fraud policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practices.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, data science, customer operations, and other teams to embed fraud prevention into every stage of the customer journey.
Perform Data-Driven Analysis: Utilise complex data sets to identify fraud trends, patterns, and vulnerabilities, providing actionable insights for risk mitigation.
Mentor and Develop: Guide and support junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
