Are you ready to be the technical vanguard for Ciroos' most sophisticated customers? As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will directly integrate our groundbreaking AI SRE Teammate into complex, heterogeneous enterprise environments across the globe. This fully remote, worldwide role places you at the intersection of deep engineering and real world impact. You will solve critical production engineering bottlenecks, transform operational challenges into powerful product features, and ensure our AI capabilities truly delight our users. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our product roadmap, accelerating customer adoption, and guaranteeing successful production outcomes for our service that is currently deployed in multiple locations. You will collaborate closely with our product and core engineering teams, alongside our customers, to ensure exceptional availability, operational performance, emergency response, and ongoing support for our service.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our largest and most strategic customers, leading the deployment and integration of Ciroos within their complex enterprise environments.
Proactively identify and resolve mission critical production engineering challenges, leveraging Ciroos' AI SRE Teammate to deliver measurable improvements.
Act as a vital feedback loop between customers and our product and engineering teams, translating real world operational needs and pain points into actionable product enhancements and new features.
Drive accelerated customer adoption and expansion by demonstrating the value and capabilities of our platform through expert implementation and support.
Ensure the availability, optimal operational performance, and robust emergency response for Ciroos deployments in customer production environments.
Provide expert technical guidance and support, fostering strong relationships with customer engineering teams and becoming a trusted advisor.
Contribute significantly to the evolution of our product roadmap, advocating for customer requirements and influencing future development directions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a customer facing engineering role, such as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Senior DevOps Engineer, specifically within an enterprise software context.
Deep expertise in deploying and managing complex software systems in production environments, including proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, observability tools, and incident management best practices.
Exceptional problem solving abilities with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving challenging technical issues in real time customer settings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) for scripting, automation, and integration purposes.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
A genuine curiosity and passion for AI, machine learning, and their application in solving complex operational problems.
