Overview

This exciting Senior Financial Analyst position is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from wherever you are. You will become a crucial part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. In this role, you will empower executive leadership and key business partners with essential financial guidance and strategic insights. You'll be instrumental in enhancing business performance, assessing new initiatives, and establishing robust financial processes to support our continuous organizational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including:

Support financial planning: Lead and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning cycles.
Analyze performance: Conduct in depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide insights: Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and cross functional teams.
Develop models: Build and maintain complex financial models for various purposes, including profitability analysis, scenario planning, and business case evaluations.
Strategic partnership: Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide financial expertise that drives informed decision making.
Reporting and presentation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
Experience: At least 3+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role. Experience within the healthcare or pharmacy benefits management industry is a significant plus.
Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is highly advantageous.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non financial audiences.
Independence and Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team oriented, remote environment.
