This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will act as a core strategic partner to our leadership team. You will dive deep into financial data, evaluate exciting new company initiatives, and provide the insights leadership needs to make smart, data backed decisions. Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with various business leaders across Thumbtack to manage and accelerate growth.
Provide thoughtful financial modeling and robust decision support for brand new company initiatives.
Analyze financial performance trends and communicate key insights to the Finance Manager of FP and A and executive stakeholders.
Help build and scale a world class finance function rooted in integrity and rigorous data analysis.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar quantitative environment.
Exceptional financial modeling skills and a natural ability to translate raw data into clear business narratives.
Strong communication skills with a track record of partnering successfully with cross functional teams.
An independent, proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast paced, rapidly growing remote work culture.
