About the Role

This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where your work directly supports our mission to fight global poverty and empower women and girls. We are moving past business as usual, and we need a sharp, forward-thinking finance professional to help us reimagine how we operate behind the scenes so we can do even more good on the front lines.

Overview

As part of our dynamic team, you will lead critical initiatives to modernize our financial systems and workflows. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the globe, bridging the gap between complex financial data and everyday operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Analyze current financial workflows and identify bottlenecks slowing down our global humanitarian projects.
Design and implement streamlined financial processes that save time and reduce errors.
Partner with international teams to roll out new financial tools and best practices.
Ensure all financial operations align with global compliance standards and donor requirements.
Provide training and ongoing support to staff members adapting to newly optimized financial systems.

Requirements

Extensive experience in financial management, process optimization, or operational improvement within a complex organization.
Demonstrated ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance team members.
Strong background in managing change and guiding teams through transitions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
