Key Responsibilities

Drive incredible value, high net revenue retention, and continuous expansion across your portfolio of enterprise merchants in the LATAM region.
Partner with clients proactively to understand their business goals while mitigating any churn risks before they happen.
Lead smooth onboarding journeys for brand new clients so they see the power of Signifyd right from day one.
Act as a true subject matter expert in the fraud prevention, e-commerce, and digital payments landscape.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure every merchant gets world class support.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing enterprise accounts within SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries.
Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, consumer behavior, and online retail operations.
Fluency in English along with strong communication skills to present effectively to C level executives.
A proven track record of growing net revenue retention and successfully preventing customer churn.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while driving results.
