Key Responsibilities

Manage Complex Enrollment Processes: Oversee and execute intricate member enrollment and disenrollment activities, ensuring precision and compliance with all regulatory requirements and client agreements.
Ensure Data Integrity: Meticulously review and process enrollment data, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy across all systems.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, client services, and operations, to streamline processes and resolve enrollment-related issues promptly.
Provide Expert Support: Act as a subject matter expert for enrollment policies and procedures, offering guidance and training to junior team members and support staff.
Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing enrollment workflows, suggesting and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
Handle Escalations: Address and resolve complex enrollment inquiries and escalated issues from health plans or members with professionalism and urgency.

Requirements

Extensive Enrollment Experience: Proven senior-level experience in health insurance enrollment, preferably within a health plan or healthcare technology environment.
