Overview

As our Senior Engineering Manager for Patient Engagement, you will spearhead a talented group of engineers dedicated to transforming how patients interact with healthcare providers. You will balance technical leadership with people management, guiding your squad to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-centric features. This role is one hundred percent remote within Poland, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with an international, multicultural team that still holds onto its founding startup mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing software engineers by fostering an environment of trust, continuous learning, and ownership.
Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for our Patient Engagement products in close collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions that handle millions of interactions seamlessly.
Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural standards across the domain.
Manage team dynamics, conduct regular one-on-ones, facilitate professional development, and handle recruitment to scale the team.

Requirements

Extensive experience in software engineering management leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
Proven track record of translating product vision into concrete technical roadmaps and successfully delivering complex projects.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
Fluency in English along with a collaborative mindset and passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.
