Drive Execution: Independently steer and execute projects designed to achieve semi-annual and annual organizational goals, skillfully navigating through complexity and evolving priorities.
Cultivate Culture: Champion a workplace culture built on ownership, a pursuit of excellence, and psychological safety, creating an environment where every team member can thrive and contribute their best work.

Requirements

Experience: A robust background with at least 10 years of related professional experience in engineering leadership or management roles.

Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to independently drive complex projects and adapt to organizational changes with a strong strategic mindset.
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
