Key Responsibilities

You will take charge of complex electrical power studies for solar photovoltaic, battery energy storage systems, transmission, and substation projects. Guiding technical execution from start to finish is a major part of your day. You will also review engineering deliverables, perform advanced system modeling, and ensure every design meets industry standards. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams allows you to solve intricate challenges. Beyond technical work, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your wisdom and helping them grow into industry leaders.

Requirements

We want someone who brings deep technical knowledge in power systems and renewable energy integration. You should have extensive experience conducting power flow, short circuit, protection coordination, and transient stability studies using industry standard software like ETAP or PSSE. A Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is required, alongside a Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one. Strong communication skills are vital since you will lead client discussions and guide internal team members. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting will ensure your success here.
