We are searching for an exceptional Senior Director of Finance to join us as a pivotal strategic business partner to our leadership team. This person will be instrumental in shaping how we approach planning, measurement, and critical decision-making across our entire organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning: Lead and refine our financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, to support aggressive growth targets.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and reports that provide deep insights into business performance and drive accountability.
Business Intelligence & Analytics: Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and department heads, offering financial expertise and guidance on strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify and lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the utilization of our financial systems, including Sage Intacct.
Value Creation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and overall enterprise value, translating insights into tangible business improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational execution.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing, private equity backed professional services or technology environment.
Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business intelligence, and strategic financial modeling.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
A strong strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of driving impactful financial outcomes.

Experience within the construction industry or with Sage Intacct is a significant advantage.
