Key Responsibilities

Lead the global compensation strategy across all regions where Veeam operates.
Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to design competitive rewards programs.
Advise key stakeholders on complex compensation initiatives, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR Technology to ensure compliance, alignment, and seamless execution.
Drive continuous improvement of our compensation frameworks to support ambitious talent acquisition goals.
