Unisys is looking for a Senior Director of Delivery Management to guide our Digital Workplace Solutions for a major international restaurant enterprise. This role gives you the opportunity to steer large international teams, craft world class technical support systems, and influence executive partners across multiple continents. Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you balance strategic vision with operational rigor. Your day to day focus centers on several key objectives.

Guiding multi region digital workplace and service desk operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strict SLA attainment
Serving as the principal advisor for enterprise clients by translating fast paced restaurant operational needs into resilient support structures
Managing financial governance, contract margins, cost controls, and bottom line profitability across service agreements
Modernizing service desk capabilities through digital automation, intelligent workflows, and self service tools that reduce store level friction
Mentoring and aligning cross functional delivery teams distributed across different global time zones

Requirements

To succeed at this level, you should bring substantial experience in both enterprise IT delivery and fast paced retail or hospitality ecosystems. Ideal candidates bring the following background.

Extensive executive track record managing global digital workplace solutions or enterprise IT service desk organizations
Deep familiarity with restaurant, retail, or franchise store technology environments and how they function in real time
Demonstrated experience overseeing multi million dollar delivery budgets, profit and loss targets, and vendor agreements
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to influence C level stakeholders and cross functional business units
A proven history of driving operational transformation through modern tech and process improvement
