Key Responsibilities

Lead our global BSS engineering organization by taking complete ownership of architecture, platform performance, delivery, and technical standards across all core systems.
Define and champion best practices in solution design, release management, test automation, and technical debt reduction.
Drive product direction and platform strategy for billing, rating, provisioning, ordering, and revenue management.
Ensure our BSS platforms maintain the highest levels of security, availability, and compliance to support a diverse commercial model.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience managing global engineering and product teams within the BSS or telecommunications domain.
Proven track record of scaling complex enterprise platforms handling billing, rating, and provisioning.
Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, cloud architecture, and system integration.
Strong strategic vision combined with the hands-on capability to guide cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
