You will define the editorial calendar, lead social initiatives, and build direct engagement with engineers, security professionals, and developer communities globally.

Key Responsibilities

Your day will balance creative content generation with thoughtful distribution. You can expect to focus on several core activities.

Build and drive a multichannel content and social strategy crafted directly for developers, DevOps pros, and security architects.
Author original technical blogs, teardowns, guides, and interactive media that solve real problems without sounding promotional.
Own and expand our presence across developer hotspots like GitHub, Reddit, X, Discord, and technical forums.
Partner with internal engineering, product, and developer relations teams to transform technical product milestones into exciting community moments.
Track engagement signals and qualitative community feedback to continually improve content reach and impact.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who loves developer culture and brings seasoned marketing chops to the table. Candidates should bring a strong set of capabilities.

Demonstrated experience leading developer focused content marketing and community social campaigns.
Superb writing and editing skills with a talent for making complicated security topics simple and fun to read.
Familiarity with modern software development workflows, developer tooling, and open source communities.
Solid data orientation to measure engagement, learn what works, and pivot quickly.
Proactive communication habits and the discipline needed to thrive in a global, asynchronous remote environment.
