Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of features aimed at improving user acquisition, activation, and retention across various platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to define growth experiments, measure their impact, and iterate quickly.
Implement robust A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to gather data-driven insights and inform product decisions.
Optimize conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks and implementing technical solutions that enhance the user journey.
Contribute to the overall architecture and scalability of our growth-focused systems and tools.
Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the engineering team.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to growth engineering and cybersecurity.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience as a software developer, with a significant portion focused on growth engineering, product development, or performance optimization.
Proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
Strong backend development skills, ideally with experience in languages like Go, Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
Demonstrated ability to work with various data stores and APIs, designing efficient and scalable solutions.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, analytics platforms, and user behavior tracking tools.
A deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for creating intuitive, delightful products.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
A solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and a commitment to secure coding practices.
