You will lead our talented team of technologists and web developers, guiding their growth, setting the department's strategic course, and overseeing both delivery and technical vision for the future. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor: Directly manage, inspire, and grow our internal team of technologists and web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strategic Vision: Define and champion the strategic direction, standards, and best practices for Multiplayer’s design technology practice.
Technical Alignment: Collaborate closely with external development partners to ensure seamless technical integration and consistent quality across all client projects.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful technical delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and user experience.
Innovation Advocate: Identify and evaluate emerging design technologies and tools, integrating them into our workflows to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross Functional Partnership: Work hand in hand with design, product, and client engagement teams to translate vision into tangible, high impact solutions.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in a leadership role within design technology, front end development, or a similar field.
Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring technical teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
A deep understanding of modern web technologies, design systems, and their application in creating exceptional product experiences.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic technical roadmaps.
