Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation layers on Azure.
- Drive engineering quality across the data stack and act as a technical mentor for the broader analytics team.
- Partner closely with embedded analysts as the company matures its hub and spoke model.
- Contribute directly to making the data platform agentic ready and self service by default.
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience building production grade data platforms and pipelines.
- Deep expertise working within the Azure ecosystem.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and collaborate effectively with analysts.
- Based in the UK, Serbia, or Moldova for this fully remote setup.
