Senior Data Center Program Manager

This is a full-time, remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. While we are open to applicants nationwide, candidates residing in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area are preferred. Your standard work week will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, ensuring a consistent schedule for optimal work life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the customer experience for data center programs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustained partnership.
Develop and implement strategic plans for customer account growth, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Oversee the successful execution of complex data center projects and initiatives, from conception through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong rapport and understanding their evolving needs.
Monitor program performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, sales, and technical specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within data center operations and customer service processes.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure program profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior program management role, preferably within data center operations or a similar technical environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive strategic account growth.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, technologies, and best practices.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable program plans.
Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies.
Flexibility for occasional travel as required to meet customer and program needs.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
